Recommended path

Delete directly inside WitDuel.

   Open Profile

   Sign in to WitDuel and open the Profile tab.

   Open Account & privacy

   Select Delete account and review the permanent-deletion notice.

   Confirm deletion

   Type DELETE, continue, and verify your Google identity again when prompted.

If you cannot access the app

Contact [email protected] with the subject Account deletion request. Include only the Google sign-in email connected to WitDuel and say that you want the account permanently deleted.

We must verify that the request belongs to the account before deletion. Never send a password, authentication token, recovery code or private key.

What is removed

• your WitDuel account email and public profile identity;
• level, XP, rating, rewards, titles, frames and progression state;
• Daily Duel, mission and challenge activity tied to the account;
• closed-beta registration and enabled push-notification devices;
• active matchmaking tickets, proposals and unfinished duels;
• the Firebase sign-in identity used only for WitDuel.

For an in-app request, active app data is erased immediately after the final confirmation succeeds. A support request begins after ownership verification.

What may remain

Completed duel records may remain in anonymized form so rivals keep an accurate result and match history. The profile identity shown with those records becomes Deleted Player.

WitDuel may retain a minimal inactive identity tombstone and essential security, moderation or audit records only where needed to stop an old session from restoring erased data, preserve service integrity, resolve disputes, or meet legal obligations. Provider backups and operational logs expire under their limited retention schedules and are not restored to active product systems after deletion.

Before you delete

Account deletion also leaves or forfeits active play and removes tester enrollment. If you only want to stop beta invitations, withdraw from the Android or iPhone waitlist instead of deleting the whole account.
